Merry & Bright - Skirt

Another fun, bright holiday skirt. This one has turquoise, purple, hot pink, orange, and red ornaments on the top. The bottom has similar colors but a variety of trees and snowflakes. It is trimmed with hot pink and red ribbon. Also includes a fun little headband.
