Pink Polka Dots

This is such a cute little skirt.  Little white polka dots on top and larger white polka dots over pink on the bottom.  It ties around the waist for a custom fit.  This specific skirt is a size 2.  With detailed measurements, I can custom fit this to your child.  I can do this in a few different colors.  Red, yellow, pink, green, black and white.  Any size from 6 months to 6 years.
